These Terms and Conditions govern your use of deverkovil.com and the services offered by Victoria Institutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
We offer the following services through deverkovil.com:
Submission of an application for any paid service does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Payment may only be made after an application has been reviewed and accepted and an acceptance email with a payment link has been sent to you.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be added at the applicable rate at the time of payment. Payment must be made through the secure link provided in your acceptance email. We do not accept payment by any other method unless specifically agreed.
The website creation service provides a four-page website, domain registration, and one year of server hosting for ₹7,000 plus GST. The scope of work, delivery timeline, and any additional requirements will be confirmed after acceptance. Renewal of domain and hosting after the first year is the responsibility of the client and will be subject to additional charges.
Merchant listings are displayed within the book pages on deverkovil.com and are shown to readers whose detected location matches the merchant's registered area. We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions or reader interactions. Listing duration, position, and pricing are as confirmed in the acceptance email.
The content of deverkovil.com, including the Malayalam Judo book translation, the VI Local system, and all website designs, is the property of Victoria Institutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
