1. General Policy
All services offered on deverkovil.com require application and acceptance before payment. We encourage customers to carefully review the service details before submitting payment. Once a service has been activated or work has begun, our ability to offer refunds is limited as described below.
2. Website Creation Service
- Before work begins: If you cancel your order in writing within 48 hours of making payment and before any development work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment gateway transaction charges.
- After work has begun: Once development work on your website has commenced, no refund will be issued. You will be notified by email when work begins.
- Domain registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been registered, as these are paid to the domain registrar and cannot be recovered.
- Hosting charges: Hosting charges for the first year are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated.
3. VI Local Merchant Listings (Book Promotion)
- Before listing is activated: If you cancel in writing before your listing is published in the book, you are entitled to a full refund minus payment gateway charges.
- After listing is activated: Once your merchant listing has been activated and is live in the book, no refund will be issued. Listings are for a fixed term as confirmed in your acceptance email.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, write to us at admn@victoriainstitutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your acceptance reference number
- The reason for your request
We will respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway transaction fees incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us at admn@victoriainstitutions.com before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work to resolve all genuine complaints promptly.
